Refund policy
RETAIL COFFEE / ONLINE ORDERS
We do not accept roasted coffee returns, however, your satisfaction is important to us and we will work with you within our capabilities to resolve the matter. If we made an error or mix-up with your order, we will make it right.
Please notify us ASAP and within 24 hours if you need to make changes to an online order. Once the order is in production, changes cannot be made. Changes must be advised within 24 hours. Please email us at info@smiletigercoffee.com and reference your order # in the subject line.
Please contact us at info@smiletigercoffee.com within 48 hours of receiving your coffee in case of any issues. Please note that returns and refunds are unique to each scenario, and as such will be at the discretion of Smile Tiger Coffee Roasters.
MERCHANDISE (NON-COFFEE ITEMS)
Brew Gear
Brew gear is exchange-only within 30 days, or can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. If the item is out of stock, store credit will be provided. An original purchase receipt must be provided at the time of exchange or return. We will not replace used brew gear. Please email us at info@smiletigercoffee.com to notify us if an exchange/return is required. We will provide you with details on how to proceed with the return or exchange process. All returns or exchanges must be provided in their original packaging.
General Merchandise
All general merchandise sales are final. This includes retail items such as alcohol, candles, mugs, clothing, housewares, and any items sold by local retailers.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable. Smile Tiger does not accept responsibility for orders placed with errors in shipping/delivery addresses. If we have personally made an error with your address, we will make it right at no cost to you.
We do not accept responsibility for missing or lost packages once we have received confirmation of delivery. If you have concerns about shipping/delivery to your address or wish to make a special request (ie. leave package in a parcel container, ship to my office instead of home), please contact us ASAP at info@smiletigercoffee.com so we can implement additional measures to ensure you receive your package with no issues.
