Pickup

What are your hours?

Our current hours for pick up and take out are 9am to 7pm every day.

Where is the pickup option?

After choosing your products follow these steps Go to Cart > scroll down > Click “Pickup in Store” > Choose date/time > Type your Name & Number > Checkout
During checkout it should automatically calculate free shipping if you followed these steps.

How long in advance do I need to to place my order before picking it up?

We offer same day pickups as long as you can pick up your order between 9am and 5pm.

 Coffee Beans

What is the volume/weight of the retail coffee bags?

All of our retail coffee come in 12oz bags (340g).

Can I get my coffee ground?

We’re offering to grind coffee for online orders. Just add your request (and please tell us how you brew your coffee) in the notes section of your cart.

What grind sizes are recommended for various brewing devices?

This mostly depends on what type of grinder you are using. Settings vary from grinder to grinder.
We reccommend:
Espresso: Very fine
Moka pot: Fine
Keurig/Aeropress: Medium/fine
Drip: Medium
Filter/pourover: Medium/coarse
French Press/Cold Brew: Coarse

How fresh is the coffee when it's delivered?

All beans are packaged and shipped within a maximum of 7 days from roasting. We roast, package and ship to order. Every bag has the batch roast date on it. Allowing you to track freshness.

How long until coffee loses its freshness?

Try to consume your coffee within a month. After a month, it tends to lose its aromatics and degasses very quickly resulting in a flat, bitter cup. Keeping your coffee sealed in a dark, cool place will help maintain freshness.

Where do I find information about your coffees?

We like to be as transparent as possible. All of the information about our coffees are online. Go to our coffee section under “Shop" and hit the coffee you want to learn about and it should all be listed there under each product.

Where do you ship? Locally?

We ship anywhere in Canada. If you live in the local KW area we will ship it to you ourselves giving you shorter wait times.
Local Delivery schedule:
Tuesday: Kitchener
Wednesday: Waterloo
Thursday: Cambridge (sometimes Kitchener too)
If you don’t see your area, please contact us.

When will I expect my order to arrive?

It typically takes 3-7 business days to deliver.

How much is shipping? Are there free shipping options?

We charge $6 for local shipping orders under $50 and $12 for shipping out of our local parameters on orders under $50. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

Do you ship to apartment buildings?

We can ship to your apartment building. Just leave us your phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues. We also ask that you leave any instructions on your order notes about where and how to deliver to you.

Where can I purchase gift cards from?

We only offer gift cards in store. Our gift cards only work for in-store purchases.

Can I purchase oatmilk online?

Minor Figures Oatmilk is available in single cartons or packs of 6 online under our Shop > Coffee section at the very bottom of the page. You can choose to have it delivered or choose a pickup time.
