Notes of pink grapefruit pith and rose garden make an appearance as the wine begins to finish.

Fermented at low temperatures in a stainless steel tank to maintain the freshness of the fruit flavours. There is nice balanced acidity that keeps this light on the palate- but lingering juicy fruit notes remind you that 2020 summer was a hot one."
