This project was created to highlight coffees produced by women in all regions of Brazil, care combined with advanced post harvesting techniques results in fruit forward, jammy and complexity for this blend.

Danielle Fonseca

Danielle Fonseca is co-founder of Flowins and also a coffee farm manager, entrepreneur and an enthusiast of creative economy. She is a granddaughter and daughter of coffee farmers. She started managing the farm with her father in 2016, as early as 2018, when her parents moved to another city and her sister moved to Canada, she had to take over management alone. Since then, she has been working tirelessly implementing sustainable practices, improving post-harvesting methods in order to show what is most special about Fazenda da Serra's coffee. Traceability of all steps involved in harvesting are available for all lots produced in Fazenda da Serra.

Fabíola Carvalho

Daughter of a great coffee researcher from Epamig and Embrapa, entities dedicated to researching Brazilian coffee, since childhood she accompanied her father on coffee farms and in research presentations. Over the years she decided, together with her husband, to buy a farm and start planting coffee as her father always taught. With the crop in production, Fabíola put into practice all the knowledge acquired and managed to produce excellent specialty coffees. From a family of coffee lovers, Fabiola seeks every day to improve her knowledge and dedicate herself, body and soul, to this passion that is coffee growing.

Fernanda Abreu Franco

We are the fifth generation of a family of coffee growers. Coffee is part of our lives, dreams and achievements. Working with coffee requires love, discipline and dedication, lessons we inherited from our ancestors. Our farm is located in the city of Campestre, south of Minas Gerais. We produce differentiated and exotic coffees, taking advantage of the high altitude and favorable microclimate of the property
