"A new generation is born: in 2018 Michael and Melanie decided to bring this wine ('Father and Son') to a new level and made one blend out of the three single grape variety wines. The pilot was such a great success that they decided to replace the initial three single grape variety wines with this blend. For this vintage, Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus and Silvaner grown on shell limestone were pressed, fermented and aged in big old oak and stainless steel tanks.

This wine is completely dry, with aromas of stone fruit and orange zest. This is not a heavy skin contact wine, but a short time on the skins gives it structure and complexity, while remaining refreshing and drinkable"
