Cupping is a very important part of selecting and purchasing great coffee. It's an excellent way to determine the quality of the green coffee and the roasted coffee. During this workshop we will walk you through the process we use here at Smile Tiger to cup, taste, and record coffee. However, in this workshop we will be heavily focused on understanding the SCA Flavor Wheel.
No Experience Necessary!
Most attendees are typically new to coffee cupping, so don’t worry if you are too! It will be a lot of fun, and you will learn a lot! Hang out with the Tiger team and taste some exceptional coffee.
