View: Displays a dark intense ruby colour.
Nose: Very expressive, with great fruit flavors, strawberry and raspberry, with hints of pepper.
Mouth: The palate is fresh, fruity and smooth. It is oily and astringent with tannins of its own new recent vintage.
Vineyard: Winery Pyrenees. This wine is produced in the region where the Somontano is grown. Was in fact the winery Pyrenees that prompted the creation of this O.D. In vineyards located in the municipalities of Barbastro and Salas, Moristel strains, Garnacha and Cabernet Sauvignon, in sandy and loamy soils with good depth and calcareous they are cultivated. This wine is named after the highest peak in the Pyrenees, the Aneto, with 3,404 meters high. At the foot of these towering mountains, born "3,404".
Grapes: Moristel, Garnacha and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Aging: It is a young wine without the aging process.
Preparation: The harvest of the different varieties of this wine is mechanized. Vinification
occurs in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation takes place at controlled at 25 to ensure the preservation of the fruit for a time of 4 to 6 days temperature. Each variety is fermented separately in its most perfect moment of maturity. Devatting is early to seek balance.
